Go to “Customer Service” module and select “Customer Management”
Step 2:
Click on the “+” icon to create a new partner..
Step 3:
Fill in the required fields
a. Details
⦁ Fields marked in red are mandatory. ⦁ First Name and Last Name will be auto-filled after entering the “Full Name”
b. More
Select customer type. Assign a Sales Rep. Select the default Job Type. Assign a group. Set a Lead Time for delivery for the customer.
c. Main Address
⦁ Enter a shipping and billing address. ⦁ If the ship to and bill to address is the same, click on “Same as Ship”
d. Financials
Set credit limits, discounts/factor, currency and default payment terms. Tax codes will be set automatically depending on the shipping address of the customer. If the account is exempt from taxes, click on “Tax Exempt” and enter a tax exempt code. Set a minimum or standard deposit.
