Create Quotes & Estimates
Creating Quotes and Estimates
Step One
Go to “Customer Service” and click on “Customer Management”


Step Two
Select the customer from the Partner list.
Step Three
Create new “Quote”
⦁ Click on New in the “Documents” tab.


Step Four
Edit the “Order Header” information.
⦁ Enter the required fields. Fields marked with red are mandatory to continue.

Step Four(2)
⦁ Assign a sales rep, select job type and payment terms.
⦁ Set a discount if needed.
⦁ Select a “Ship To” and “Bill To” address. To add a new address, click on the “+” button. Click on save after entering the address.
Step Four (3)
⦁ If the order will be picked up, select “Pickup”.


Step Four(4)
If the order will be shipped to the job site, select “Job Site” and enter the address. Click on save after entering the address.
Step Five
Add items to the quote.
Go to the “Items” tab.
In this section it is possible to add designs such as windows and doors, parts and services.
a. Designs:
⦁ Select “Add custom design” to enter a custom or standard design from the “Design Selection” screen.
Standard Designs
⦁ Select the “Product Series”.
⦁ Each product series may have product families. Each “Product Family” may have custom and standard designs.
⦁ Select a design
⦁ Choose the design type (Custom Design, Std. Design, Std. Size Product).
⦁ A Custom Design will allow the user to change the “opening type”, options and glass.
⦁ A standard design will allow the user to change the options and glass.
⦁ A standard size product will display the standard sizes available to choose from. User will be allowed to change the options and glass from the design.
⦁ Click on next to continue.
Custom Design
⦁ Select the “Product Series”.
⦁ Click on next without selecting a design from the screen.
Save the item after configuring the product.
b. Parts and Services
⦁ Select “Add Parts”
⦁ It is possible to do a search based on part family, type, stock code and description. To do so, click on “Filter By” after select the search parameter and click on the search icon.
⦁ Click on the part or service you would like to add.
If the part is a unit (shipping or service charges, hinges, hardware, etc):
⦁ Select quantity required.
⦁ If the part does not have a cost and price, the user may change the cost or price at the time of part selection.
If the part is a profile
⦁ Select the quantity required
⦁ Set the length of the profile.
If the part is not in the current parts list:
⦁ Select an existing part and click on “Custom”.
⦁ If the part needs to be ordered to your supplier, click on “Bought Out”.
⦁ Fill in the required fields.
⦁ Click on save to finalize.
⦁ Repeat Step 5 as needed.
Step 6:
and Click on Save.
