While you work on a quote or an order, its lines are kept in your own working copy (your
cart) until you save. When you close OpenJanela, and again when you sign in, the system
tidies that cart up for you.

Removed without asking

• a cart with no items in it;
• a cart that is just a saved order or quote you opened. The saved document is not
  touched and is unlocked for others; changes you made after opening it and did not save are
  lost;
• any cart started more than 10 business days ago (Monday to Friday; holidays are not
  counted out).

Kept, and you are asked

A new quote with items that you have not saved yet, started within the last 10 business
days, is kept. When you sign in you are asked whether to Keep it (to carry on) or
Delete it.

Example

On Monday you open order 501295 to look at it and close OpenJanela without saving. The cart is
removed and order 501295 is unlocked; the order itself is unchanged. On Tuesday you start a new
quote, add three windows and close without saving: on Wednesday you are asked whether to keep it.
If you never come back to it, it is removed after 10 business days.
