Title tab — Details

Field What it does
Logo (picture) Double-click the picture while editing to choose an image; it is saved at up to
300 × 300. It prints in the shared company header of reports and documents, and is available to email
templates. If a document is printed for an OEM partner, that partner’s logo is used instead.
Logo small Upload a second, small logo. Stored with the title; not printed by the standard
layouts.

Messages & Documents instead.

Header not showing? The shared company header on production
and manufacturing reports only prints when the Company Preferences setting Show the header report is on.

State, City, ZIP/PC and County, and all of them are required to save (County is filled from the ZIP when ZIP
verification is on).

Address Where it is used
Ship Address Its country picks the country weekend and holiday calendar used by
scheduling, purchase-order due dates and the Production Control Board. It is also the ship-to address of
pick-up orders when they are scheduled (scheduling stops with “Company Address not found for Type [1]”
when it is missing), and is copied onto purchase orders created through the dealer–supplier
integration.
Bill Address Copied onto purchase orders created through the dealer–supplier
integration.
