This chapter is a map of the application shell so the “go to…” directions in the
rest of the manual make sense. The window has two fixed bars: a module menu down the side
(the main functional areas) and a toolbar across the top (personal / cross-cutting tools).

You only see what you’re allowed to
Both the module menu and the actions inside each module are filtered by your permissions
(see User rights & groups). If a menu or action named below is not
there for you, your account has not been granted it — ask an administrator.

The module menu (main functional areas)

Each entry opens a submenu of the screens for that area:

Module What it covers
Customer Service Customers, order documents, leads.
Service Management Service tickets, service teams and dashboard.
Sales Management Sales-force / sales rep tools.
Marketing Management Campaigns and marketing.
A/R Management Invoicing and accounts-receivable.
Production Management Manufacturing dashboard and shop-floor.
Shipping Management Ready-to-ship, manifests, despatch.
Receiving Management Goods receiving.
Purchasing Management Suppliers and purchase requisitions.
Inventory Management Stock, cycle counts, quick views.
Administration and Setup (gear / cog icon) System setup, Users Management, Users Profile Management (groups), templates, reports. This is where user & permission setup lives — see User Management.

The toolbar (top bar)

Personal and cross-cutting tools, always available:

Button Does
(your name) Your logged-in profile.
Home Return to the home screen.
Reminder Your reminders / to-do list.
Mail In-app mail.
AI Assistant The in-app AI chat assistant.
User Manual (book icon) This manual — plus your company’s Knowledge Base tab.
Calendar The task calendar.
About Version / about dialog.

Notation used in this manual
A path like Administration and Setup → Users Management means: open that module from the
menu, then pick that entry from its submenu.

Error and warning messages

A single action in the item designer — typing a dimension, adding a mullion — can rebuild a
great deal of the product, and several stages of that rebuild may hit the same problem. You are
shown each distinct message once per action, not once per stage, so you no longer have to
dismiss the same warning several times for one click.

What the repetition means
If a message appears again on your next click, the problem is still there — it is not a
stray duplicate. Equally, if it stops appearing, the condition has genuinely cleared. Messages
that ask you a question are never suppressed: you always get the chance to answer.
