| Upload failed: KB files directory is not configured | The KB files directory preference is empty. See One-time setup. Text entries are unaffected. |
| Upload failed with a path or permission message | The directory is set but the server cannot write there — wrong path for the server machine, or the application-server account lacks permission. |
| Save the entry before adding files | You are on a new entry that has not been saved yet. Click Save, then Add File. |
| File too large (max 100 MB) / Image too large (max 2 MB) | Size limits. Attach large media as a file rather than placing it in the answer, or host very large videos elsewhere and link to them. |
| Question is required | An entry cannot be saved without a question. |
| The assistant does not know something you wrote | The fact is probably only in an attachment or a picture, or the entry uses different wording from the question asked. See How the AI assistant uses it. |
