How Can We Help?
In Odoo. Connected to Odoo, OpenJanela creates no invoices: Odoo invoices the
sales order and takes the payments.
Invoice the order in Odoo
- In Odoo open the confirmed sales order (the one with the OpenJanela lines).
- Press Create Invoice and choose Regular invoice. Any deposits taken in
OpenJanela are already on the order as down payments and are deducted. - Check and Confirm the invoice, send it, and register the customer’s payment
in Odoo.
Example. Order S00042 for Lakeview Builders is 12,000 with a 3,000 deposit taken in
OpenJanela. In Odoo you press Create Invoice, Regular invoice: the invoice shows the windows
for 12,000, less the 3,000 down payment, so 9,000 is due.
